Moving back to the states and into San Francisco sent shock waves throughout my body. It has not been the most conducive place to my over all well being and has dragged me along on a rough journey. The journey has been about getting to know my shadow side deeper, the one I seemed to always run from, but the one that lives within that I can no longer keep a secret. Especially to myself.
However, this has all been a testament of my strength and ability to keep fighting for the love in me that I have kept hidden for such a long time. We all have love within ourselves that is so beautiful and the only reminder we need is from ourselves. Finding that validation through others can be such a joy as well, but the change has to happen with your own idea of yourself.
